Majorca Guide
A tourist guide to the resort of Majorca
Majorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands. Like San Antonio in Ibiza, Majorca too has a party resort in the form of Magaluf. Majorca is also an excellent destination for the more sporting types among us, with plenty of watersports taking place at Cala Millor. There is also plenty to do in the cosmopolitan Palma town.

Menorca's cuisine is varied and typically features grilled pork, chicken and seafood menus as well as local dishes, which include:

Days & Nights in Majorca
If the lively bars and discos of Magaluf are not your thing, then the much quieter Puerto Pollensa or Cala d'Or maybe for you. Majorca has its fair share of English pubs and restaurants, but don't forget to try some of the more traditional Majorcan restaurants.
Sightseeing in Majorca
Apart from sunbathing Majorca does have some interesting attractions to visit during your stay. There are frequent excursions to neighbouring Menorca and the caves, caverns and subterranean lakes of Drach to name but a few.
Beaches in Majorca
Majorca has plenty of beautiful beaches, Cala d'Or and Puerto de Soller are favourite spots for tourists, with their sandy beaches and coves. You'll never be too far from the watersports if you need to cool yourself down after a hard day sunbathing either.
