Plus Points: Warning this hotel is a dump it's a hotel from hell we liked nothing about it.

Negative Points: This was our 1st holiday before me and my boyfriend get married next july, it was a holiday from hell and we would warn anybody who's thinking of going to the Cala Gran not to go.

We got to our hotel at 11pm and was given the key to our room which was flooded and there were ants and bugs.

My travel rep was useless, we asked her to get our room moved she then said she could'nt and she said we could just of moped the water up from the floor and cleared the ants and bugs off the bed as they don't hurt.
