Plus Points: We were expecting a box when we booked this, as it's so cheap, but were pleasantly surprised! The hostal is about 20m (not 20min!) from the beach, which is lovely. Even our rooms were fairly sized. Although there was no a/c, we felt safe enough to leave the doors open. We were impressed at the location of the hostal, and the friendliness of the staff, and the general cleanliness. It really was a lot better than what we were imagining! If you want some cheap sun, it really is ideal.

Negative Points: We weren't provided with many towels, and there were no reception facilities worth noting, such as arrangement of trips or flight checking or even English speaking staff. It was only open for a few hours a day. There was a bar and restuarant, but these weren't really popular. We were simply provided with a room - no entertainment or encouragement to socialise with any of the guests, as would be offered in other resorts.
