Plus Points: The hotel had everything we needed for a good holiday. The room was good there were two pools both very large with plenty of sunbeds and both locked at night which meant we didnt have to get up at 6am to reserve a sunbed. One was opened at 9am the other at 10 which meant everyone had a fair chance of getting a good place. The restaurant was very good plenty of choice for even the fussy eaters and kids.
Kids clubs were very secure you could confidently leave the kids there.
Finally the entertainment was the best i've ever come across mostly outside professional acts.

Negative Points: If your room happens to be near the lift like ours was you will find it very noisy at night up until about 2 in the morning.
The only other thing I would say is the maid service should be daily as with alot of children and sandy beaches our room seemed to be constantley covered in sand and nothing to clear it up with, but all being well we will be back next year.
