Plus Points: This villa is a piece of heaven on earth.

You access the villa via a small lane off the road to Puerto Pollensa, Open the double gates and you are faced with a lovely driveway through grapevines and beautiful trees, to your left is an orchard of olive trees, cherry trees and some lemon trees.

The villa is situated towards the back of the grounds and the pool area is screened off from the orchard by some lovely dwarf conifer trees, the 2 main bedrooms have a large shared balcony that overlooks the pool (stunning when lit at night) and the surrounding orchard and over the surrounding countryside.

The bedrooms are very nicely done and the furnishings of good quality, the kitchen is a good size and well equipped,and has a table that can easily accomodate all when eating but we mainly eat on the lower veranda overlooking the pool or at the large dining table in the large living room.

The nearest supermarket is about a 5 minute drive away in Alcudia, and is reasonably priced and always has good food available, also you can purchase charcoal here for using on the brick built barbie back at the villa.

The pool was on average between 28 - 30 degrees and due to the layout of the villa/pool the sun traverses across the pool area so you will not find it getting cold in the shade.

There are plenty of garden loungers provided and there are some palm trees that provide some shade if you need it.

We loved it here so much that we will be returning again in 2006.
