Plus Points: No real queues for the all inclusive service which was fine.
Pleasant bar and restaurant staff.

Negative Points: This hotel is advertised as a family hotel. Fine if you are the Dingles from Emmerdale or the Millers from Albert Square. The rooms were small. A double room with two extra beds was our "family room" The pool area was too packed and I now know what a battery hen feels like and the pool itself was not suitable for small children. The food was adequate for the unfussy amongst us but with over 414 rooms there just isn't enough communal space for all the guests it has. I would certainly not revisit this hotel even if I got a freebie !!
