Plus Points: On arriving at the hotel you are greeted by friendly and efficient staff to book you into your rooms. The entrance to the hotel is amazing. Everything is so big inside. They even have a yacht in to hotel!! Plenty of lifts to use.

Negative Points: The Pirate Ship is not suitable for smaller children as there are no stairs up to it. You need to climb on board from the inside the pool, which is too deep for small children. There is also cold water jets spraying onto the ship (which is very icy cold
